Neil has deep experiences working with many small and mid-sized businesses as well as several Fortune 500 companies. Twenty years ago he developed a sales and manager selection system for a Fortune 200 company that is still being used today. His consulting is focused on developing high performance work systems that increase performance, productivity and bottom-line profits. Throughout his career, he also provided pre-employment assessments and fitness for duty evaluations for various security and law enforcement agencies. Consulting for the North Dakota Board of Nursing, he designed and implemented a workforce planning study that was placed in the Library of Congress and it was considered instrumental in raising the educational requirements for entry into the state’s nursing practice.
