The Quality Healthcare Employee Inventory (QHEI) was developed specifically for the unique hiring needs of the healthcare industry. It helps identify applicants who are likely to demonstrate courtesy, responsiveness and concern toward patients, co-workers, and others for a wide range of healthcare positions including:

  • Nurses
  • Rehabilitation staff
  • Personal and homecare aid
  • Aides, attendants, and orderlies
  • Medical technicians
  • Receptionists, admittance and claims staff

In 40 minutes, the QHEI will provide an overview of an applicant’s customer service orientation through the Healthcare Service Index as well as their performance measured against Healthcare-specific Norms, The QHEI measures: Interpersonal Cooperation, Service Attitude, Service Aptitude, Healthcare Service Index, Healthcare Values, Safety, Adaptability, Tenure, Training Readiness, Validity/Accuracy, Validity/Candidness and Overall Employability.

The QHEI is available in both English and Spanish.
