Applicant Productivity Profile (APP)

The Applicant Productivity Profile (APP), available in both English and Spanish, is designed to screen applicants with limited reading abilities for low-skill positions. The assessment measures attitudes toward theft and drug use, as well as interpersonal relations and other attitudes that may affect workplace productivity. The APP assessment may be administered to applicants who can read at a minimum 5th grade reading level. The APP measures: Candidness, Accuracy, Customer Service, Honesty, Drug Avoidance, Employee Relations, Safety Attitudes, Work Values, Supervision Attitudes, Tenure and Overall Employability.

The APP instrument will help to:

  • Improve customer service
  • Reduce employee theft
  • Decrease workplace accidents
  • Decrease turnover and absenteeism
