Many thanks for introducing us to the Customer
Service Survey from Profiles International. I don't need to tell you
that being in the competitive hotel business means that taking care of our
customers is our number one priority. We recently used the customer
service survey as a training tool to help our existing staff better understand
their strengths and weaknesses. I found the Survey most helpful in
identifying areas that our team members both excel at and can use additional
training. We are pleased with our initial results and look forward to
using the Survey to help us hire new people.

| Professional Beauty Supply | We use the Step One Survey and the Customer Service Survey together to help assure that we are hiring the type of employee we can be proud of. We want employees who have integrity and strong customer service skills. We recently interviewed a very strong candidate for a customer service position. We decided not to hire the individual based upon their attitudes about substance abuse, that we found unacceptable. We were glad that the Step One Survey helped us uncover a serious potential problem (at less than half the cost of a drug screen). |
