Level I (Gold) - Sourcing, Screening, Sorting and Recruitment Services
Online Sourcing services allow us to quickly develop a talent pool of qualified
candidates conveniently, efficiently and cost-effectively using a portfolio of
online job boards. Online application filters and screenings are used to
identify candidates who meet your minimum job requirements and your minimum job
fit or personality fit specifications. Online Assessments are used to further
qualify and verify job fit. Candidate resumes, screening assessment scores,
interview scores and talent profiles are forwarded to our clients as the talent
pool develops. Clients review the candidate information and send us Action
Requests on each qualified candidate. We guarantee our placements. Performance
Monitoring Tools are used to follow the success of each placement. A substantial
portion of our recruitment fee is based on the candidates performance and tenure.
Level II (Platinum) - Sourcing, Profiling and Integrity Verifications
We source a pool of candidates through our portfolio of job boards. Profiling and Verification services are used to screen out candidates with poor job fit. We tailor the assessment strategy to identify which candidates have the highest probability for success. Profiling provides a more objective picture of a candidate s strengths and weaknesses. Profiling allows us to use a Success Benchmark to evaluate each candidate's degree of fit with the job. Profiling is often referred to as Job Matching. Success Benchmarks are customized by studying current high performers in the position or by completing a job analysis.
