HireSmart has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information. As part of the normal operation of services, we collect and, in some instances, disclose information about you. 1. Information HireSmart Collects
Our site s resume submission registration form includes first name, last name, city, state, phone number, fax number, mailing address, e-mail address, resume headline, resume content and key words. Your name, job category, city, state, resume headline and key words are available to the general public. Your complete resume and contact information is available only to Employer/Recruiter Members using the HireSmart site. Optional information collected (e.g. on-line interviews and assessment information) is confidential and will not be disclosed to any Employers or Recruiters without the specific written authorization of the job applicant. Our site s membership registration forms require users to give us contact information (name, phone and email, password, zip code). Certain information is collected in order to verify your identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Our site uses cookies to keep track of your use of our site. Cookies are stored on your computer, and are not stored on the HireSmart site anywhere. We use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, and to recognize you when you visit our site. When you purchase any value-added services from HireSmart, then we will need to collect certain financial information, such as your credit card number, credit card expiration date, and billing address ("Financial Information"). Financial Information that is collected is used to check your qualifications for registration, to bill you for products and services, and for other purposes. We do not share Financial Information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide you with the value-added service.

We use customer and talent contact information from the registration and resume submission forms to send you information about HireSmart products and services and to send you promotional material from of our partner s products and services.
