Profiles on the Web
Profiles on the Web is an interactive web site which allows a client to
schedule, score and view assessments online. There are nine different
assessments included in the suite: Profile XT, Sales Indicator, Customer
Service Profile, Step One Survey II, Team Analysis, Performance Indicator,
Workforce Compatibility, Call Center Survey and Customer Service Survey.
CheckPoint 360
CheckPoint 360 is
an online resource for 360 degree competency feedback and development. It is
available in English, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian and Portuguese.
For managers, supervisors and others in
leadership positions, it can facilitate peak performance that generates improved
productivity in the workplace. CheckPoint 360 quantifies a manager's competencies,
verifies the results from a variety of perspectives, and identifies ways to
enhance skills. For one individual or for every leader in the organization,
Checkpoint is an ongoing process that can be used at key intervals to monitor
the progress of professional growth. This confidential survey covers 70 specific
job skills, which fall into 8 major Skill Clusters and 18 Skill Groups.

Network is a web-based system for the distribution, administration, and analysis
of professional assessments, tests, and surveys. It is distinguished by both

Hogan
Assessment Systems offer four different
assessments. The Hogan Personality Inventory is a measure of normal personality that evaluates the strengths and competencies that enhance an

Hogan Development Survey is a measure of dysfunctional dispositions

FirstView is designed to be quick and easy to use, and to provide accurate and
reliable information on the job-related behavior of individuals, without the
need for expert interpretation or special training. The program can be used for
job applicants and current employees. Suggested uses for this instrument are in
high turnover, high volume positions. It can be used in the hiring process by
