Wellness
Organizational Development Survey

The underlying principle of Corporate Wellness is that "well" people are more productive
and they are much more able to sustain high performance.  Wellness is attained when
employees are focused on  improving their personal health, their relationships with other
people at work, and their own alignment to the organization’s purpose.   Corporate Wellness
facilitates consistent delivery of the goods and services that the organization offers.
Research shows that Corporate Wellness is achieved when employees:

Think in a balanced way, act in a mature and centered manner, are in reasonable control of any
fears, frustrations and failings, respond to and manage pressure, deal with people fairly with assertive
confidence, have views, opinions, beliefs and values which can be articulated and communicated; and
they maintain physical health. Avoid being aggressive, out of control, causing harm to individuals or
groups; recognize when to say no, when to admit errors or failings, learn consistently and continuously;
are mentally clear and able to think out-of-the-box and think in positive terms to achieve results in
a connected way. Understand and value unique organizational behavior, performance ability and purpose;
know people’s needs and preferences within the context of their overall life; encourage emotional balance;
Can manage difficult people appropriately and deal with conflict constructively. Encourage performance
to peak capacity, know when personal competency levels are challenged beyond capability; Encourage
people to be internally level headed and grounded and have a healthy meaning and purpose to work
and life.
