and constructive actions.  If you want your employees to feel good about coming to work
and working together to achieve the goals then you will need to know their views on a variety
of subjects. The Opinion Survey can systematically collect the attitudes and viewpoints of
your employees about a range of issues that will help you shape your future human capital
management strategy.  The Opinion Survey uses an online questionnaire to help measure
how employees feel at a specific point in time. This simple process asks individuals to
indicate their opinion on 80 separate questions. This data will ultimately give you an
accurate indication about how your employees feel about their workplace. Participation
in the Opinion Survey is both voluntary and confidential.
