Our paperless system allows for secure, online ordering via a customized form designed specifically for your company. This form can be customized for each department or employee type. Once submitted, our processing department immediately begins working on the order. Throughout the entire process, you will have real-time access to the status of each report and follow it through all stages of completion. Should and unexpected delay occur, a staff member will enter notes explaining the delay. Once the order reaches "completion" status, the system auto-generates an email to the requestor informing him/her of the order completion and provides a link to the login page to access the easily viewable report. At that time, the completed report can be printed or saved electronically by the client.
