Performance Plan

A performance plan clarifies what deliverables are expected within the first ninety days of employment.  The plan includes the initial orientation and training goals and the measures of performance for evaluating the deliverables.  The plan can be reviewed with final candidates as a part of the selection process.  If used in the final interview process, the plan serves as a realistic job preview for candidates considering the position.  If the candidate's performance meets expectations, goals and deliverables during the first 90 days, a new performance plan is developed for the next quarter.
