Research has shown that safety-conscious employees pay closer attention to
detail in their work. That is
why we
offer a version of the EPI assessment with a safety scale - to help you prevent
on-the-job accidents.
The
Employee Productivity Index will provide you with detailed information
about how an applicant responded
to the
survey by listing Significant Behavioral Indicators - which provide narrative evaluation of an individual's
strengths
and
weaknesses.
| Dependability | An applicant's willingness to do the work assigned and to follow company rules. |
| Interpersonal Cooperation | The likelihood that an applicant will be courteous and cooperative with others and will positively contribute to employee morale and customer satisfaction. |
| Drug Avoidance | The likelihood that an applicant will not use or sell illicit drugs on the job. |
| Safety | Safety consciousness to help you identify applicants who are likely to assume personal responsibility for safe work practices. |
| Validity/Accuracy | Whether the applicant understood the EPI assessments and was careful and accurate in completing it. |
| Productivity Index | Combines results of the Dependability, Interpersonal Cooperation, and Drug Avoidance scales to assess the likelihood that an applicant will be a successful employee. |
