smart recruiting, hiring and development decisions. Our associates provide
consultation and support for performance monitoring and measurement systems. As an Associate
you will receive free phone and e-Mail support on any Human Capital Assessment Tools you are using as long as your membership status is current. The

Recruitment and Selection
As we move into the knowledge-based economy, companies are
placing an increasing importance on the talents, competencies and performance of their employees. Companies
are now realizing that human capital drives corporate value. The skills,
knowledge, and experience of a
company's workforce are what enables it to sustain a competitive advantage in
today's marketplace.
As a recruiter, you will help companies source, screen and select the right person for the job. Our standard placement fee is
10% of annual compensation for entry-level and administrative positions. Our placement fee for sales
and mid-level management positions is 15%. Our placement fee for
senior executive
positions is 20%.
The average
fee obtained for completed search assignments (known as “placements”)
throughout the staffing industry as a whole is $15,162 (based on a survey of 936
search firms). We use the
Total
Applicant Processing System
to facilitate our search projects.
Our Associates leverage the power of
these new technologies and the experience of other associates to
source candidates and make placements. We are a premium provider of recruitment services
because our strategy involves three essential steps: 1) Identify what
drives performance in the position 2) Develop a selection process and method for
measuring these drivers and 3) source a large number of candidates to funnel into the selection
process so as to improve our selection ratio. As we work with clients, we also
can train them
in
best
practices. Often times, after working a recruitment project, you
will also place and support these new
recruitment technologies with clients. Making a technology placement also provides additional passive income
streams for our Associates.

Training and Development
You can Download
up to 50 power point presentations
for training in Human Capital Management, Strategy and Metrics. You can also
create your own seminars. Associates save valuable
time by using the
seminars that have already been developed for marketing and training purposes. You
also generate income when
your clients sign up for
memberships as an
Owner-Manager or as an
Employer-Recruiter.
A Membership allows your clients to access all of these online seminars creating
more demand for training events or online meetings. You usually charge your
clients a fee when you facilitate any of their online meetings or training
events.

Unit #4
Research
Access articles on best practices in recruitment, selection and performance
management. Facilitate research projects for clients and associates on human capital metrics and strategy.
Scan the article index for
a review of the information that is currently available to Associates.
These articles will help you grow your client base because your services can
be
based on research, rather than current fads. You often can charge clients for
your research, because packaged
information is what is being sold in the knowledge economy.

Writing
Write articles on innovative management strategies. We provide two
monthly publications, one quarterly publication and four annual reports for our
clients. We are always looking for articles
showing thought leadership in staffing strategies, human capital strategy,
talent management and performance metrics.
The articles you write help you gain credibility and visibility for your
consulting services. HireSmart reserves editorial right to retain or
reject articles submitted by Associates.

Unit #6
Marketing
Direct people
in your contact network to the HireSmart website.
Send us weekly spreadsheet logs or e-mail us the names of your referrals
to the website. Generate ongoing, passive income when any of your referrals activate
or purchase any products or services. Participate in online sales meetings
and training conferences to
generate additional income with your referrals.

Surveys
Design customized
organizational surveys and have
us tabulate your results. You can
also access our
Enterprise Pulse
survey solutions. Our item
pool for organizational development surveys is very large. We can provide you with a menu
of well written items for almost any business concerns or issues you would like to
survey.

Giving Advice
Associates are billed monthly at $99.00 for marketing and training supports,
sales conference calls
and client service supports.

any time by

notice by fax
or e-mail.
