Our Associates leverage the power of
these new technologies and the experience of other associates to
source candidates and make placements. We are a premium provider of recruitment services
because our strategy involves three essential steps: 1) Identify what
drives performance in the position 2) Develop a selection process and method for
measuring these drivers and 3) source a large number of candidates to funnel into the selection
process so as to improve our selection ratio. As we work with clients, we also
can train them
in
best
practices. Often times, after working a recruitment project, you
will also place and support these new
recruitment technologies with clients. Making a technology placement also provides additional passive income
streams for our Associates.
Give
timely advice
to your clients when they
submit their questions, needs and concerns via e-mail in a Dear Abbey
format. You can also schedule phone conferences with your
clients requesting assistance from other associates. Your Associate Membership
allows you to use the Advisor service or schedule Online Conference Call
Supports up to three times per month at no additional cost. As you gain
experience you can also request consulting fees for coaching and advising other associate's
clients.

consulting services. HireSmart reserves editorial right to retain or
reject articles submitted by Associates.
