Customer Comments Metrics Pricing Watch a Brief Video on Prevue |
|
Prevue tells you how well a person works with numbers, words and spatial concepts. It tells you the degree to which a person enjoys working with people, with data and with machines. Prevue also gives an analysis of key personality characteristics that are related to the requirements of any particular job in your organization. The Prevue report can be used to guide the decision making process when hiring new employees, selecting people for training programs, identifying employees for promotions or reassignment of duties.Prevue can also be used to construct a success benchmark by analyzing the characteristics of people who excel in a particular job. This benchmarking success pattern can then be compared to the characteristics of job candidates as a means of determining job fit. Experience shows that job fit is the most important underlying factor in successful job performance and no other assessment tool is as thorough as Prevue in supplying this information. Prevue helps reduce the organization's expenses by reducing the incidence of unproductive hires (those with low job fit) which directly impacts the turnover rates from low job satisfactions and low performance. It increases the effectiveness of company's training investments by identifying the learning speed, motivation and interests of potential trainees. With the assistance of Prevue Assessments managers report that they have more time to coach others, productivity increases and the bottom line grows.
