Helps teams with up to 7 members evaluate their current performance. Respondents receive a summary report via e-mail
that includes: Total Team Performance Score and scores for: Accountability, Communications, Decisions, Evaluation, Goals,
Participation, Relationships, Time Management, and Trust. Respondents receive team building strategies for their consideration.
The first Team Performance Survey (up to 7 members) is free.  Additional Team Performance Surveys cost $75 each.
