Management Style Survey

This survey helps you understand your management values and preferences, strengths and weaknesses, interpersonal style and developmental needs. This survey creates a Management Style Report.  A second survey can be completed by someone you work closely with.  The second survey creates a Coaching Report to guide you in your development efforts with that individual.   The first two surveys are free, additional surveys cost $50 each.
 



Workforce Survey

Helps employers clarify and prioritize their employee related concerns. Respondents receive a summary report via e-mail including possible suggestions and strategies for their consideration. The first survey is free, customized follow-up surveys are $10 per employee.
 



Exit Survey

Helps employers reduce turnover by improving their human capital management practices.  Feedback about why people are leaving the company is needed to make appropriate changes. Exit Survey results are number coded to ensure anonymity. The exact content of the Exit Survey answers will be provided to the employer in a composite report.  A minimum of five exit surveys must be completed in order to receive a composite report from HireSmart.
 



Client Feedback Survey

Helps us improve our services based on customer feedback and suggestions.
 



Stress Fitness Survey

Helps people clarify the sources of their stress in four primary categories: Job, Family, Social and Personal. Fourteen subscale scores are also reported. Average scores for survey respondents are also reported. Respondents receive a summary report via e-mail including possible suggestions and strategies for their consideration. The first survey is free, additional surveys cost $25 per employee.
 



Hire Cost Survey

Helps employers clarify the actual costs of their present recruitment and selection system. Respondents receive a summary report via e-mail that organizes their costs in six primary categories: recruiting, evaluating candidates, relocation expenses, training, productivity costs, and opportunity costs. Respondents also receive suggestions and strategies for their consideration. The first departmental survey is free.  Additional, surveys cost $50 each.
 


Team Performance Survey

Helps teams with up to 7 members evaluate their current performance. Respondents receive a summary report via e-mail that includes: Total Performance Score and scores for: Accountability, Communications, Decisions, Evaluation, Goals, Participation, Relationships, Time Management, and Trust. Respondents also receive suggestions and strategies for their consideration. The first Team Performance Survey is free.  Additional Team Performance Surveys cost $50 each.



Information Technology Interview 1


Helps employers determine if they can work with you on a contract project basis (compensated hourly) or on an employment basis (annual compensation). 
 



Information Technology Interview 2

Helps employers determine if you have the appropriate qualifications for a specific project they are considering (compensated hourly).  Helps employers determine if you have the appropriate experience for an open position they may have (annual compensation).
